Complaints Resolution

We recognize that, throughout the duration of the projects, members of the 
public may have concerns that they feel have not been satisfactorily addressed. 
A complaints process is in place to address these issues. If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us directly or complete this form.

We strive to ensure that complaints are dealt with efficiently and without bias. Any complainant who contacts the PHAI – by phone, in writing or in person – will be contacted to discuss the complaint and determine what steps should be taken.
