CNL’s contractors are conducting pre-design inventories throughout various neighbourhoods where historic low-level radioactive waste has been identified.
Some of the work completed may come in close proximity to private property lines.
You may see the following:
- utility locate marking
- delineation drilling/soil sampling
- topographical and property line survey
- arborist assessment and plant inventory
- Species at Risk survey
No road closures are expected; however, there may be temporary lane closures in an area. This work is expected to begin in August and continue through December 2024.
