CNL recognizes that throughout the duration of the projects members of the public may have concerns that they feel have not been satisfactorily addressed. A process is in place to address these issues.

We strive to ensure that complaints are dealt with efficiently and without bias. Any complainant who contacts CNL– by phone, in writing or in person – will be contacted to discuss the complaint and determine what steps should be taken.
