MERX
CNL uses MERX to post all competitive procurements over $25,000.
Suppliers are required to use MERX to submit their proposals or quotations electronically and, therefore, must have access to MERX.
There is a cost associated with registration or one-time access to MERX in order to download procurement documents and submit proposals/quotations. Use the link below to explore the world of MERX and to register your business.
ISN
Contractors and suppliers that wish to do business with CNL must be registered with ISNetworld. There is a yearly fee to register, details of which can be found on the ISN portal.

Created by the Port Hope & District Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Clarington Board of Trade & Office of Economic Development and the Municipality of Port Hope, the Port Hope Contractor Portal allows local service providers to network with each other and connect with major contractors while providing a gateway to contract postings and vendor information.
