Contract Opportunities

Indigenous Vendor Portal

In support of true and lasting reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, including economic reconciliation, CNL aims to develop and strengthen capacity and competencies through building partnerships and collaboration with Indigenous communities and businesses, by helping to reduce barriers to procurement opportunities and enhance economic outcomes for Indigenous peoples. CNL uses MERX to post all competitive procurements over $25,000.

Suppliers are required to use MERX to submit their proposals or quotations electronically and, therefore, must have access to MERX.

There is a cost associated with registration or one-time access to MERX in order to download procurement documents and submit proposals/quotations. Use the link below to explore the world of MERX and to register your business.

Contractors and suppliers that wish to do business with CNL must be registered with ISNetworld. There is a yearly fee to register, details of which can be found on the ISN portal.
