As part of Port Hope Area Initiative activities, CNL contractors will be performing field work on municipal property, LT 150 PL Smith Estate (East Beach Parking Lot).
To facilitate this work, the parking lot will be closed and there will be a northbound single lane closure on King Street. The work is expected to start between April and June. Flaggers will assist with traffic control. Please be aware of increased traffic and obey all posted signage.
At this time, the contractor is planning to perform site preparations, such as any tree/vegetation removal, in February/March in order to conform with the migratory bird nesting window.
