As part of the Port Hope Area Initiative, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories is completing work on Smith St. and Harris St. road allowances in the Municipality of Port Hope.
Asphalt will be replaced on Harris St. and new layer applied to Smith St. between Percy and Alexander Streets. This work is expected to begin in September and take several weeks. Note that some of the work may come in close proximity to private property lines.
Temporary road closures and lane closures are expected. There will be traffic control in place. Please be careful when traveling in the area and obey all posted signage.
