The soil-haulage truck involved in the incident on Highway 401 has now been safely removed from the ditch. The vehicle was tarped throughout, and no soil was released. CNL has notified all required regulatory agencies, and emergency responders have cleared the scene. There was no risk to the public or the environment at any time. CNL appreciates the quick response from emergency personnel and the continued cooperation of our partners and community.
