As part of the Port Hope Area Initiative, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories is undertaking work on public road allowances in the Municipality of Port Hope. A number of residential properties require sewer locates which must be done by accessing the lines from within the road allowances (see map).
T2 Utility Engineers & Arcadis will be completing this work at manhole locations in the road allowance relative to the residential properties. Some of these road allowances may come in close proximity to residential property lines.
This work is expected to be performed between February and April 2022. Further streets may be added if duration of work allows.
No road closures are expected, however there may be temporary lane closures in the areas.
