In alignment with directives from the Canadian government and public health authorities related to the COVID-19 pandemic, CNL has announced the extension of reduced operations at all work sites.
As a result, all PHAI preparatory, excavation and construction activities remain suspended until further notice. Operations related to water management and site security, which are essential services, will continue where required at PHAI sites.
In keeping with federal and provincial guidelines, CNL staff are continuing to work to progress PHAI project planning and design work where these activities can be performed remotely.
CNL continues to monitor the rapidly changing situation and will make decisions on the resumption of normal business operations based on directives and recommendations from federal and provincial authorities, with the ultimate goal of keeping our communities safe during the pandemic.
When onsite work is scheduled to resume, residents and property owners will be notified. Depending on how long these measures remain in place, there will be updates to timelines and schedules, including any additional time required to ramp up activities.
