Update – Mill Street South

Fencing is now installed at the Mill Street South site as part of Waterfront work package. Once the site was made available to CNL in April, we conducted a comprehensive site inspection that found evidence – in the form of guano – of bats living in one of the structures. This discovery triggered a series of PHAI environmental obligations, including follow-up Species-At-Risk surveys and a review by the provincial Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. CNL continues to work closely with appropriate regulators to meet all requirements before remediation of that area can begin.
