PHAI Activities

In light of a recent offsite transportation incident, CNL has temporarily suspended some PHAI activities effective today, June 15, until further notice. Property owners directly affected by this pause have been notified personally by CNL. This temporary suspension will allow CNL and its contractors to properly assess and review the relevant safety procedures and practices to help mitigate this type of incident in the future. CNL’s highest priority is keeping residents, workers and the public safe. While we understand that this pause may be unwelcome for some, safety is of the utmost importance for all PHAI work conducted in the community. We remain committed to the completion of the PHAI safely and compliantly.
